DollFaces Layaway Policy

Length of Layaway:
	I try to be extremely flexible with my terms. I will customize the length of time for each layaway depending on each purchase situation. I can go as little as 60 days (2 months) and as longs as 15 months. In rare exceptions, I will extend to 18 months. Should a layaway need to be extended longer than agreed upon time of months, there will be an additional 1.5% per month finance charge on unpaid balance. This also applies to unpaid monthly balances. ****Items marked on sale can not be applied to a layaway purchase. Only full priced items please.
Payment Requirements:
	The arrival of the first payment to DollFaces sets the remaining payment due dates. The first payment is due within 2 weeks of the layaway agreement email/phone conversation. Each subsequent payment is due 30 days from the date first payment arrives. A payment is considered "late" if it does not arrive within 10 days of said date. I will allow one late payment. If another payment is late, or if said payment fails to be made within the next 10 days, all funds paid on item and/or items used as payment to date will be forfeited by buyer and item is considered Property of DollFaces once more. I do not send reminders on late payments. I feel a 10 day grace period is adequate in today's financial world. I will always accept MC/Visa (from US buyers only) run through my business to insure the payment is not late, but there is a 3% surcharge fee.
Forms of Payment:
	Feel free to use my "Shopping Cart" method. It is done completely through PayPal on their secure site. If any glitches appear, please feel free to email me or call me personally. For US Buyers: Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, or Personal Checks are acceptable. I will also accept Yahoo Direct.

Usually I ship UPS but will accept options from the buyer as to preference. Location of buyer may also dictate method of shipping, such as International buyers. All items must be insured for full value.
