I pack with the utmost care on all sales. If I do not have the right box size to accommodate the item (s) I will buy it before it is packed. I do not scrimp to save $!

I pack with peanuts, heavy bubble wrap, and/or shredded paper.

Very often I chose to double box on my own if the doll box as more plastic than cardboard. If you want me to double box on your own there will be an additional $2 box fee.

I accept money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks (item held for 10 business days), and 2 credit cards, MC/Visa. Checks accepted when used with other credit cards for direct debit purposes, such as debit cards or Discover. It is the same as 
writing a check but you are able to use another form of credit card. Email me if questions!

US Residents may also use PayPal. Email for details if necessary.

Credit cards sales require you to call me directly at my home office telephone number. (if in the US) If you are outside the US,  payment will need to be through Paypal or International Pink Postal Money Order only.

To my International Buyers: Welcome! International Customers may now place Visa or Master Card orders using: Pay Pal. To make a purchase using PayPal, please send me an email to let me know which dolls you are interested in purchasing. Please include your complete shipping address with country.  I will weigh the dolls and will then report those shipping figures to you!

My preference to many countries has to be Express Global Mail because it can be tracked. This is also mandatory if you have an Unconfirmed Address with Paypal. If you do not want to pay for this choice then you will not be able to buy from DollFaces.Net. It is for both buyer and seller that tracking with insurance is necessary.

Once you decided which method you would like to use, I can send you an invoice from PayPal. You must have a confirmed account and confirmed address to be eligible for Paypal's Buyer/Seller Protection Return Policy. If you have an UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS-ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Please DO NOT ask me to mark your purchase as a gift to avoid Tax in your country. It is against my Postal Regulations to do so and it puts me at risk of potentially loosing my business license. I would hate to loose your business because of this policy but it is firm.

Layaway:

I gladly work with payments on the layaway plan.  If you see something (or multiple dolls) that you would like to discuss layaway, please do not hesitate to ask. I am very flexible. The only condition is that if you chose to cancel your layaway order, all funds paid will be forfeited. I require regular monthly payments. If a payment is 10 or more days late, the layaway is considered null and void and all monies and doll(s) remain the property of DollFaces. I willingly send one reminder of payment due, if requested by buyer,  but I also expect the buyer to take responsibility to remember. 

***Current releases can not generally be considered for layaway. The exceptions would be:

1. If you have them on preorder and wish to pay them off prior to being in stock, we can set it up as a layaway time term.

2. If you are a current customer with layaway history, some consideration might be made but not a guarantee.

Effective June 1st: New Finance Charge Policy on unpaid/late layaways:  With layaways increasingly popular with the Vintage Barbie and Fashion Royalty Line I have had to add another option to late payments. DollFaces.Net will be accessing 21% APR Interest/Finance Charge on unpaid BALANCES on any layaway account that is 10 days late in the prearranged payment scheduled amount. This will occur for only the time the payment is late. When the account is made current, there will be no additional assessment. These charges WILL be a permanent part of the payoff and must be paid for the account to be considered paid in full.

Preorders:

I require 20% down on all preorders. It is non-refundable so please be sure of your order. When you commit to a preorder, I commit to that item being sold. I base my orders with preorders included. When a preorder is cancelled, I risk having too much inventory on hand to sell. This ultimately costs both you and me. 

It is up to THE CUSTOMER/BUYER to notify DollFaces if your email has changed. If you have a preorder with me and I do not hear from you after several attempts to the email on file, the item(s) go back into inventory. I allow two weeks (14 days) for response. If the item(s) is still available, it may not be available for the discounted preorder price if the two weeks has passed.

Once the buyer is notified by DollFaces.Net that an item is ready to ship it must be paid for within 1 week. This applies even if the buyer chooses to have the item held to ship with the complete pre-order. In other words, each item must be paid for as it arrives regardless of shipping arrangements.

Only if I am unable to provide you with the item(s) you have preordered will you be refunded your deposit amount. I do my very best to insure that I do not oversell according to my confirmed orders but it could happen. The deposits are \ otherwise non refundable for any reason by the buyer.

Sales Tax:

If buyer resides in the state of Tennessee, I am obligated to charge sales tax on the total cost of item with shipping. If you have a Business Resale Tax ID #, please inform me ahead of final purchase.

Shipping:

 I have fixed pricing on my shipping. My fee is calculated and not usually negotiable. Please do not ask me for exact shipping costs, as a business it is far too time consuming to weigh each box for each customer. I lose more money than make on shipping due to cost of materials, time back and forth to postal centers and UPS. I combine shipping when I can. I ship Internationally as well as in the U.S. I have customers in Australia, Canada, British Columbia, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Liverpool, So. Korea, Japan, and Qatar, Russia, South Korea, Switzerland, Ukraine, so I  welcome you all!

Here is my current shipping chart based on total purchase price:

I ship all credit card orders within 48 business hours once card is authorized.

PayPal purchases will be shipped within 48 hours of PayPal confirmation of electronic transfer of funds.

Money orders, cashiers check payments also will get the item shipped within 24 business hours of deposit.
This may not be immediate as my bank is 30 minutes away.

A personal check will hold the item for 10 business days (2 weeks) to allow adequate time to clear your bank.

Last  but not least, it is the customers responsibility to read all disclaimers and to ask questions prior to a purchase agreement.
